Job Description


Project:   Building the railway line between El-Affroun and Khemis



-       Graduate Engineer with at least 10 years of professional experience in similar functions

-       Experience in all problems of earthworks, drainage and structures

-       Specific knowledge in the field of engineering, geology, geotechnical engineering constructions, design plans and execution and implementation of ancillary buildings in the railway sector.


Job Description:

-       Assistance of the project manager to contractors design meetings and / or contractual terms with ANESRIF related to its contract with the contractor.

-       Coordination of the project management team

-       Together with the Project Manager he establishes, implement and update the Management Plan and procedures Project QAP

-       Working closely with the managers of the various lots, effective coordination and management of the staff, to adequately ensure the realization of different contractual project tasks.

-       Updating the Deployment Plan staff in accordance with the project manager and the ANESRIF to ensure the needs in terms of monitoring the implementation of the site and on the basis of updated schedules the work of the Contractor

-       Coordination of the interventions of experts in agreement with the ANESRIF and logistics of their missions

-       Coordination and logistics management (material and human resources)

-       Approval of the subcontractors and suppliers proposed by the Contractor

-       The coordination and logistical support for quality control missions in terms of production materials

-       The collection of information from officials of the various lots

-       Participation in coordination meetings between different batches of the site and relevant specialists

-       The safety and group members working hygiene

-       Monitoring in terms of compliance measures and regulations concerning safety on site

-       Cooperation with local authorities to organize the tasks on construction sites

-       Development of project progress reports and grouping budget situations

-       Immediate information Head of Mission of the problems encountered, the development of proposals for corrective action

-       The organization and management of courses and seminars for the training of Client executives

-       The organization of provisional acceptance of the works and control the quality of implementation of corrective work

-       Organization of controls and approvals gluings plans (AS BUILT) by specialists

-       Updating methods and internal management procedures of the consortium
